Residential Paving & Sealcoating

A driveway is the gateway to a home. Driveways made of exceptional asphalt can last for up to 20 years with routine maintenance. Especially in the four-seasons climate of New England, freezing and thawing cycles can wreak havoc on a driveway. Winter weather is notorious for causing cracks in asphalt that are unsightly and unsafe. Thankfully, repairing and patching methods can usually restore an asphalt driveway to its original condition.

The contractors at New England Ground are skilled and experienced in evaluating the condition of driveways and determining the best repair or replacement method. Additionally, New England Ground is committed to educating the customer about the pouring and repairing processes at every step of the way. We believe that customers deserve to make informed decisions about their properties. That’s why New England Ground consults the customer at every step. If you are interested in paving a driveway for the first time, repairing a damaged driveway, or maintaining the asphalt on an existing one, New England Ground can help. Our paving crew has years of experience paving driveways of all shapes, sizes, and terrains.

Sealcoating

Asphalt Sealcoating is a process that fills surface voids and protects the asphalt against oxygen, UV rays, water, oil, and gas. This process is essential to increasing the lifespan of an asphalt lot or driveway. The lifespan of an asphalt driveway can vary based on traffic and weather conditions. Sealcoating is essential to help increase the lifespan of your driveway. It protects the surface of the pavement from damaging elements to which a driveway is routinely exposed. However, with proper maintenance, your driveway can last up to 20 years.

Because of New England’s extreme seasons, driveway sealcoating does not typically last longer than 3 years. New England Ground recommends applying sealcoating every 2-3 years to ensure the optimal condition of your parking lot or driveway and preserve your investment.
